These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of netbot.co.za and its services. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms. a. You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use netbot.co.za. b. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when using our website or services. c. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

a. The content displayed on netbot.co.za is the property of Net Bot and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. b. You may not use, modify, distribute, or reproduce any of the content without our prior written permission.

a. Net Bot provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties or representations, express or implied. b. We do not guarantee that our website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

a. Net Bot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services. b. We are not liable for any losses or damages caused by third-party websites or services.

a. Net Bot offers several forms of payment options, however the use of a certain payment option does not oblige Net Bot from offering a certain payment option in the future.
b. Net Bot offers the following payment options:

c. It is the clients responsibility to keep track of payments and accounts to avoid service suspension. Net Bot provides sufficient time (7 days) to pay due invoices.
d. Should a client not be able to make there due date, the client needs to make a payment arrangement before there allocated due date.

a. Net Bot reserves the right to suspend any clients service or account under the following conditions:

• Non-Payment – If payment isn’t made in a timely manner, Net Bot will provide you with 7 days to pay accounts as well as a grace period to pay accounts, should an account remain unpaid Net Bot will suspend your account.
• Copyright Claim – Any content that infringes upon the copyright of another.
• Abuse – Whether verbally, telephonically or electronically any employee, reseller, contractor or sub contractor that represents Net Bot.
• Service Abuse – Such as sending spam, running bots or “warez”, running resource intensive scripts or cron jobs.
• Illicit Content – Like pornography, hate speech or any sites containing derogatory or obscene content.
• Defective Goods – Selling goods and items with known defects.

b. Non-payment with regards to contractors and sub contractors.

• Net Bot provides IT contractors and sub-contractors to clients on either a permanent or temporary basis, should a contractor or sub-contractors fees not be paid on the agreed due date, all work will be suspended within 24 hours after the invoice due date until the account is paid in full.

c. With regards to dedicated servers and cloud services any servers that remain suspended will be disconnected and the client will have to pay a re-connection fee.

You agree to indemnify and hold Net Bot and its affiliates, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of our website or services.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

Net Bot reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review and comply with the most recent version. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
